Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date of your product.
You will find the return label within the box, you can return both brand new and used items without any extra charge or restocking fee.
Easy Returns
For your convenience, each order comes with a prepaid return slip. To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Locate the Prepaid Return Slip: Find the prepaid return slip included in your original shipment.
2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items you wish to return in the original box if possible.
3. Attach the Return Slip: Affix the prepaid return slip to the outside of the box.
4. Send It Off: Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.
There is no additional charge for the return shipping – it’s on us!
Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
